How to reach us

Email is our primary support channel. Write to us at any time in German or English at hello@bynu.ch. We respond during Swiss business hours (Mon to Fri).

Response times

The response times below are targets during our business hours (Mon to Fri, Swiss time). They are guidelines, not contractual guarantees, unless a separate SLA has been agreed.

What to include in your message

To help us resolve your issue as fast as possible, please include the following in your email:

  • Your HubSpot portal or account (portal ID or company name)
  • The event affected (name or link)
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if available

Before you write: self-serve

Many questions can be answered quickly on your own. Our setup guide at plenum.bynu.ch/setup walks you through the HubSpot connection, the required OAuth scopes, and how to install and uninstall Plenum.

Availability and maintenance

Our support team is available during Swiss business hours: Monday to Friday. Requests received outside these hours are handled on the next business day.

Planned maintenance is announced in advance by email to affected customers. Unplanned outages are also communicated by email as soon as we are aware of the situation.
